Security Capital European Real Estate Shares is a highly focused, no-load mutual fund designed to provide shareholders with above-average returns, including current income and capital appreciation, primarily through investments in equity securities of publicly traded real estate companies organized principally in European countries.
The long-term objective of SC-European Real Estate Shares is to achieve top-quartile total returns, as compared with other mutual funds that invest in publicly traded real estate companies organized principally in European countries.
